Article 214 - mentions that every state can have its own high courts

PART IX - Panchayats

This Part was added to the constitution by 73rd Amendment Act (1992). It contains 16 articles and Schedule Eleven. Schedule Eleven contains 29 subjects on which Panchayats have administrative control


PART IX A - Municipalities

This part was added to the constituiton by 74th Amendment Act (1992). It consists of 18 Articles and Schedule Twelve which contains 18 subjects on which the municipalities exercise administrative control

PART X - Scheduled & Tribal Areas

This part contains Articles 244 and 244A
