Article 19 (2) to (6) explains the limitations imposed on the Freedoms mentioned in Article 19(1)

Article 20 (3) - Protection against self - incrimination

Article 21 - Right to life and Liberty

 Article 22 - Freedom against Detention

Article 23 - Prohibition of human traffic and forced labour

Article 24 - Prohibition of child labour

Article 25 - Freedom of Conscience and free profession

Article 26 - Freedom to manage religious affairs

Article 27 - Freedom from taxes for promotion of any particular religion

Article 28 - Freedom as to attendance at religious instructions in certain educational institutes

Article 29 - Right of Minorities to protect their culture

Article 30 -  Right of Minorities to maintain their educational institutions

Article 32 - Right to constitutional remedies

Article 33 -  Power of Parliament to modify the rights conferred by this Part in their application 

Article 34 -  Restriction on rights conferred by this Part while martial law is in force in any area 

Article 35 -  Legislation to give effect to the provisions of this Part Notwithstanding anything in this Constitution

  2. not fundamental duty, benthara. it added the fundamental right to education. The minor changes given to Fundemental duty is explained below
    Substitution of new article for article 45.- For article 45 of the Constitution, the following article shall be

    substituted, namely:- .



    Provision for early childhood care and education to children below the age of six years.



    "45. The State shall endeavour to provide early childhood care and education for all children until they complete the age of six years.".



    4. Amendment of article 51A.- In article 51A of the Constitution, after clause (J), the following clause shall be added,

    namely:-



    "(k) who is a parent or guardian to provide opportunities for education to his child or, as the case may be, ward between the age of six and fourteen years.".
